Hello! I'm Lauren and I've recently joined the Extra Help team as Office Manager, to work alongside Sarah, running the Milton Keynes, Buckingham and Towcester areas. I joined after being made redundant from my admin role at Santander ...
I had worked in the bank for six years in three different sectors of the company. These were telephone banking, the collections department and in a general admin role. I am a proud mum to three children under 5!

I wanted a similar post to my previous roles, but with more variety, so that not every day is the same. That is exactly what I get with Extra Help! Office work, with the opportunity to make people's lives better and easier.
One day we could be in the office, making phone calls and signing up new clients and other days we could be out, helping with the cleaning. This works around my life and my children perfectly. I am in week three now, still loving the job and can't see that ever changing!
In the last 3 weeks I have been to meet clients with Sarah and listened to the help they need and allocated the right person to meet the precise requirements. It is such a rewarding feeling when you know the client is going to receive the help they very much need and you have made that possible!
I have also participated in end of let cleans, from booking and assessing the job to doing the work and seeing the difference from when we go in and when we leave. We have built a great relationship with a local letting agent and are able to help him by transforming the properties for new tenants in just 48 hrs!
