Extra Help Information Day
Want to find out more about us?
Posted on: 27/06/2013 By: Sarah Jackson
In the past few months we have had well over 100 franchise enquiries; our business is different and new compared to others on the market which has sparked quite an interest in our brand. Because of the amount of interest from people who don't just want a prospectus dropping on their mat we have decided to have an information day for all those wanting to look at the franchise side of the business ...
come along to our open day and find out all about Extra Help
In January 2011 we had similar information day in Milton Keynes which was about the first franchise being launched and to give local businesses and individuals an insight into the Extra Help brand. This proved very popular and we believe the time has come to run another event for those wishing to know more and ask the questions they need answered!
To back up our event, we thought it would be beneficial to add a couple of testimonials, from our newly trained franchisees, for you to read if you're considering coming along:
Testimonial 1 - Sarah McGrath Doncaster
"I looked at several different opportunities when looking into franchising, but came back to Extra Help every time. I was immediately excited about the different aspects that the business offered. I am a qualified teacher and liked the mothers help aspect and also, having worked with the elderly, I wanted to own a business that supported elderly people enabling them to remain independent in their own homes. Extra Help offers all that and much much more.
The training was fantastic and covered every aspect of setting up and running the business that you need. Sarah and Claire offer on-going help and although it's your own business, you feel part of a bigger team. Owning Extra Help Doncaster is exciting and I look forward to the future with my business."
Testimonial 2 - Maureen O'Hara Lancashire East
"'From the moment I called Sarah to learn more about Extra Help I knew that it was the kind of business I wanted to invest in. Their core values were evident right from the start and the confidence and enthusiasm in Sarah's voice made me want to meet her personally to gain more information about how it worked in practice.
I prepared a lengthy list of questions and met with Sarah, who was friendly yet professional, and she immediately put me at my ease and answered all my questions. I liked the fact that there was no hard sell and i didn't feel at all pressured. It was more about the franchisor finding the right individual to help progress the business and build on their success. My instincts told me that this business would do well, as there was a real commitment to putting the client at the heart of the business, which in turn would reap rewards. I was impressed with Sarah and felt that as franchisors they were conscientious and cared about their franchisees having the infrastructure in place to support them in times of crisis. I just knew I had to be a part of this franchise.
The intensive two day training programme was well organised with a good mix of guest speakers and quality learning materials. A wealth of information was presented yet there was no such thing as a silly question. It was good to learn with other new franchisees and we have since kept in touch, sharing ideas.
It was beneficial to be there on the 3rd day as we got to meet the existing franchisees. This was so inspiring and gave us a good insight into how they were getting on. "
So would you like to come along to our open day? The date is still to be confirmed but it will be very soon! If you want to register or just need an informal chat give us a call +44 (0) 845 618 2904 or click here to ping over an email and we'll call you right back.
Until next time ...
Sarah co-founded Extra Help in 2010, the same year that she became Director of the OakTree Networking company - and she hasn't looked back! Both companies are completely different, however each interacts with the community on a number of levels. Prior to starting Extra Help, Sarah owned her own domestic cleaning franchise which she successfully grew, featuring in the local and national press on many occasions. Working for the NHS at the start of her career gained Sarah invaluable experience in caring within the community - working with the elderly and terminally ill.
